The Martinez family, hailing from Oaxaca, Mexico, started with a single truck, sharing their authentic al pastor with the community. They started in Mid-City, including LA , Aleta, San Pedro, Wilmington, North Hills and Long Beach. Their unwavering dedication transformed their small venture into a beloved culinary institution.
